New Initiatives to Promote Regional Peace, Stability, and Prosperity　に気になる表記があります。 ”The Government of Japan, for its part, plans to take various measures to promote safety in the region, including strategic use of official development assistance, for example through providing coastal states with patrol boats.” 日本のODAでパトロールボートをアジア太平洋の同盟国、パートナーの沿岸国に供与する事を例として上げています。 船をあげるより、シップライダーの方がいいのに。。。
