An interesting discussion. Britain is supposed to be drafting an Indo-Pacific Charter.
<Britain may never formally adopt an “Indo-Pacific Strategy” in the same manner as its European partners but there is, nonetheless, a significant reorientation of foreign policy already underway. The effect is likely to embed the UK in the Indo-Pacific as a valuable partner for those countries that value a free and open international order. But that still leaves a very big question: what to do about China?>
