The topmost legacy of the British left in the Indo-Pacific is Scottish education, I think.
A paper on education in Otago, which I presented at the New Zealand conference late last year, was published in the society's journal.
I have three master's degrees. The first was in Education from Chiba University in 1991, the second in International Politics from Aoyama Gakuin in 1999 under the supervision of Prof Akio Watanabe, and the third, in preparation for my decision to write my PhD thesis in English, was a one-year Graduate Certificate from the University of Hawaii. online. The course is designed for telecommunications executives in the field. My PhD thesis is in development studies.
Whether it is international relations, telecommunications or development studies, the underlying theme is 'education'. I am delighted that this paper has been published.

インド太平洋に残した英国の遺産の最上位のものがscottishの教育、だと思います。昨年末、ニュージーランド学会で発表したOtagoの教育に関する論文が同学会の機関誌に掲載されました。
私は３つ修士号を持っている。一つ目が教育学で1991年千葉大学から。２つ目1999年は国際政治で青山学院からで渡辺昭夫先生にご指導いただいた。３つ目は博士論文を英語で書く決心をしたもののその準備としてハワイ大学からGraduate Certificateという1年で取得できるコースをオンラインで取得。現場の通信会社幹部用にデザインされたコースです。博士論文は開発学です。
国際政治にしろ、通信にしろ、開発学しろ根底にあるのは「教育」です。今回この論文が掲載された事を嬉しく思います。
