私も貢献した、多分私の２つ目の博論の結論を先取りした、「パラオ国家安全保障戦略」についてシリーズで紹介します。2008年にミクロネシア海洋安全保障事業を一人で立ち上げて、ここまでこれたので本望です。

I'll be introducing the Palau National Security Strategy, which I also contributed to and probably refelcted the conclusion of my second PhD. I started the Micronesian Maritime Security Project by myself in 2008 and I am very glad to have come this far.
