AntifaとUNCLOSとエリザベス・ボルゲーゼと題してシリーズで文献を紹介していくこととしたい。
まずご主人のGiuseppe Antonio Borgeseだがウィキには執筆家、ジャーナリスト、文学評論家とある。海洋とは関係ない。そしてイタリアのファシズムに反抗し米国に逃れた。アメリカではイタリア・アメリカantifascist Mazzini Societyに参加。Smith Collegeとシカゴ大学、カリフォルニア大学で教授をしていたとある。なぜ教授になれたのであろう？
戦後は世界連邦政府の案をエリザベスと共に作成していた。この詳細はシカゴ大学のウェブにある。

世界連邦政府 ー これがUNCLOSに非常に影響を与えているはずなのだ。パルド大使とエリザベスは非常に近いようだ。1977年の San Diego Law Review Vol.14 Issue 3 Law of the Sea IX という出版物に両者の論文が掲載されており、これを読んだ。ninth annual Law of the Sea (LOS) Symposiumで提出されたペーパーを取りまとめたジャーナルのようである。
