中国の植民地、ニセコ（６）
田中町議の運転する車は、まだ未開発の雪の平原、花園地区を猛スピードで走る。
「ここがサンシティが購入した土地ですよ。」
2021年６月ニュースになり、私がニセコに関心を持ったきっかけだ。
20ヘクタール、東京ドーム４個分の敷地。昨年2022年には北海道道庁が温泉掘削の許可も出している。サンシティ、太陽城集団はマカオを中心としたカジノ運営会社。三合会とも繋がっている。北海道は、中国マフィアの食い物に、自ら身を売っているようなものだ。
田中町議の車はスピードを落とさず、直行する。雪に埋もれた広大な平原の先に突然現れた高級ホテル。
「ここを見て欲しかった」

PCPD?
香港の不動産会社パシフィック・センチュリー・プレミアム・ディベロップメンツ である。ホテルに戻ってからウェブサーフィン。香港に詳しい友人にも聞いた。
「ああ、だいぶ前に八重洲を買ったリチャードですね。」
全く知らない世界だ。香港資本。
八重洲とニセコを買ったのはリチャード・リー。その父親、李嘉誠こそがアジア一の金持ちで波乱万丈の、叩き上げの人物なのである。
この李家の影響力を知ると、ニセコで何が起こっているのか？違った構図が見えてきた。三合会の餌食と言うより、巨大な、香港資本、中華資本による植民がされているのではないか。
このPCPDは日本の皇室まで手玉に取っていると言う。
しかし日本人は李嘉誠のことをほとんど知らない！日本を植民している張本人であるはずだ。三合会は李嘉誠についてきたのではないか？もしくは李嘉誠が三合会を泳がせているのでは？
中華資本、その背後には200年の歴史があるジャーディン・マセソンなどの英国資本が唸っているのだ。李嘉誠の資産は３１０億米ドル。４兆円だ。
これから３回に分けて、中華資本と李嘉誠の事を書いてみたい。

In June 2021, the news broke, and that's when I first became interested in Niseko.
The site is 20 hectares, or the equivalent of four Tokyo Domes. Last year, in 2022, the Hokkaido prefectural government also gave permission for hot spring drilling. The Sun City Group is a Macau-based casino operator. It is also connected to the Triad. Hokkaido is selling itself to the Chinese mafia.
Councilor Tanaka's car drives straight ahead without slowing down. A luxury hotel suddenly appeared at the end of a vast plain covered in snow.

PCPD?
It is Pacific Century Premium Developments, a real estate company based in Hong Kong. After returning to the hotel, I surfed the web. I also asked a friend who is familiar with Hong Kong.
"Oh, Richard bought Yaesu a long time ago, didn't he?"
I had never heard of this world. Hong Kong capital.
It was Richard Li who bought Yaesu and Niseko. His father, Li Ka-shing, is the richest, most tumultuous, and hardest working man in Asia.
Knowing the influence of this Lee family, I began to see a different picture of what was happening in Niseko. Rather than being preyed upon by the Triad, Niseko is being colonized by a huge Hong Kong and Chinese capital.
This PCPD is even playing a trick on the Japanese imperial family.
But the Japanese know very little about Li Ka-shing! He must be the one who is colonizing Japan. Did Triad follow Li Ka-shing? Or is it possible that Li Ka-shing is making the Triad swim along?
Chinese capital, and behind it, British capital such as Jardine Matheson, which has a 200-year history, is snarling. Li Ka-shing's assets are US$31 billion, or ¥4 trillion.
