先月インドで開催されたRaisina 2018。知人が参加していたので、様子がなんとなく伝わってきた。インドー太平洋一色だったのだそうだ。
特に、日米豪印の海軍大将が参加した席が圧巻であった、と。YouTubeで公開している。
拝聴した。中国フルボッコです。
豪州でさえも海軍のトップが、過去70年行ってきた地域への派遣について、昨年始めて中国から疑問の声を向けられた。10年前でさえそんな事はなかった、と大きな懸念を示している。
ハリス長官も中国が国際法を反し、disruptive 地域の安全を壊している。テロや救助など他の分野では協力しているが。またトランプ政権が軍に傾いているという意見は間違い。外交が先だがしっかりした軍事のバックアップがあるべきである。
インドネシアー 歴史上、始めて中国がインドネシアのマグロが周回する地域を領土宣言した。受け入れられない。
河野幕僚、一帯一路は経済だけでなく軍事も伴う。また中国の国際法無視の行動を力では変えられない。しかし孤立させる事で中国の態度を変える可能性はある。
中国のこの動きはまさにビスマルクの植民政策だ。
