PEWのロビーイングの手法が明らかにされている。
あの、レオ様が出演した映画「タイタニック」の監督に海洋保護区案を持たせ、ニュージーランドのキー首相に渡したのだそうだ。このJames Cameron監督、５、６年前の話でよく覚えていないなどどしらをきっている。
”Cameron said five or six years ago he met Prime Minister John Key and at the request of the Pew Charitable Trusts and gave him a briefing paper on the possibility of a marine protected area around the Kermadec Islands, north-east of New Zealand.” 上記記事より。
James Cameron監督、ニュージーランドの観光キャンペーン NZ's 100% Pure New Zealandに協力しているのだ。
100% Pure ってニュージーランドは森林の80％破壊しているのだ。羊のために。。
しかし、問題はTe Vaka Moanaの漁業をする人の声を聞かず、漁業を知らないハリウッドスターや監督の言葉を、メディアも政治家、そして愚衆も聞いてしまうことではないだろうか？
