問題は、ポールがパラオのレメンゲサウ大統領のお友達で、ポールがシーシェパードのお友達で、さらにシーシェパードは、パラオに何度か入り込んだ事があり、ある程度の人脈を持っている事だ。
最悪、日本が供与した監視艇や海洋警察事務所をシーシェパードが利用したり、乗っ取ったりする可能性が否定できない事である。
小国の外交能力、情報収集能力には限界があるし、はっきりいって目の前に現金を見せられたら、タリバンでもマフィアでも誰とでも手を組むのだ。
2011年にパラオ政府はシーシェパードと監視活動の協定を締結している。（私が破棄させましたが。。）
2020年にパラオで予定されているOur Oceanという会議。
オバマ政権の残骸であり、環境問題、海洋問題音痴のチャールズ皇太子の投資の場であり、さらにマルタ、パラオなどタックスヘイブンや越境犯罪温床国の新たな金融活動でしかないことは、「法の秩序」とは何か理解しようとする心あるパラオの知人、友人達は気づいている。
