離島での被害が大きい中、足を確保できるのが政府レベルですので、バヌアツ政府への支援は優先されるべき、と考えます。

While we wait for the TC PAM Emergency Relief Account to be created (sometimes this week) at the Reserve Bank of Vanuatu, we suggest that any donations/transfers from development partners (individuals) be credited into the Vanuatu Government Foreign Exchange Account at the Bred Bank. The details of this account is detail below. Please inform donor partners that clear narratives is indeed needed. Once the trust fund has been created, we will then facilitate transfer accordingly.
