各州の独立が強いので分離は簡単だ。で、マライタ州はソロモン諸島の中でも影響力の強い島。追従する島が出てくるかもしれない。

Central Premier clarifies there is an error

PREMIER of Central province Stanly Manetiva has admitted he signed an agreement with China top hi-tech investor but clarifies it is yet to be formalized because it was not sealed with official stamp of the province.
He said initially the intention of the agreement was to make way for the preparation of a Development Master Plan for the province.
The master plan will cover development in a host of sectors, including fisheries and tourism.
Recently the premier was under media spotlight for leasing Tulaghi and the surrounding islands to Chinese investors.
But Manetiva clarifies that on September 22 when he signed the agreement with the investor there was an arrangement made to facilitate the documents to be send over to the province for official stamp.
He said during the process his executive realized there was an error in one of the clause which include lease so they have to review the agreement.
He said he has already inform the investor and made it clear to them that under Russell Islands Investor and Ngella Investor Forum lease is not allowed and they have be made aware of the provincial position.
“I want to make it clear that the agreement does not bear the official stamp of the province and so it is not official and formalized yet,” he said.
He said the investor will not just come and start because the agreement is subject for review.
He calls on his people not to speculate any misleading information because the process will be dealt with on provincial level.
Manetiva says this document which had been leaked to the media is a draft agreement document that does not bear the official stamp of the province.
The agreement documents contain clauses which infer that Central province will lease Tulaghi and surrounding islands to the Chinese investors for 75 years for development purposes.
There are three parties to this agreement:
Party A – the Central Province Government
Party B1 - “Investment Holding” - China Sam Enterprise Group Co, Ltd; China Sam International Development Co, Ltd; and Xiamen Jingsen International Trade Co., Ltd
Party B2 - “Project Operators/Administrator/ Investors” - China Sam International Oil & Gas Resources Limited.

ソロモン諸島、約100の言語民族が約100の島に住んでおり、数千年の歴史の中で１９７８年に独立するまで国家としての統一されたことはない。よって各島の自治権が強い。

似たような記事が昨日出ていたがこちらの記事は生々しい。
ソロモン諸島の君主はエリザベス女王である。実際は現地に総督がいる。
突然やって来た北京からの中国外交使節（前のニュースではパプアニューギニアの中国大使だったが）。総督府は外交手続きが一切無視されているので、対応を拒否。
ソガバレ首相は気が狂ったように怒った、と言う。
台湾断交から11日。新しい夫の居場所はまだないままだ。

コメントにはソロモン諸島で一番信頼できる人とある。断交自体より、その方法、まさにリーダーシップが問題なのであろう。

日本外交、ンンン期待はできないでしょうね。

ソロモン諸島の君主はエリザベス女王です。ソロモン諸島は英連邦の一員です。こんな基本的な事を知らずに日本が独立に導いた、とか言うのは日本の恥なので辞めましょう。
ところで、この短いニュースが結構興味深い。
在パプアニューギニアの中国大使が急遽ソロモン諸島にやってきた。そこでソロモン諸島の中国大使として動きをしようとした、のかも知れない。
ところが、プロトコールでは、大使はまず中国政府が正式に任命しなければエリザベス女王、具体的にはGovernor Generalは信任しない。
国家承認の具体的動きが目の前で見ることができ、興味深いです。国際法が得意な中国が、この点を見逃していたのかも知れません。相当焦っている、様子が想像できます。
現在の総督はDavid Vunagi閣下。
